Order Cancellation

Order Cancellation Timeframe

• If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it: You will receive a full refund of your purchase price.
• If you cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it but before it ships: We will issue a full refund minus a processing fee of [insert processing fee amount] (or [insert processing fee percentage]). This fee covers the cost of processing your order.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

• To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
• Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
